Last updated: June 2026

This policy is a starting template. It should be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel before you rely on it.

Who we are

Arno Capital operates this website (arnocap.com), with offices in Miami Beach, Florida and Madrid, Spain. For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, Arno Capital acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this site. You can reach us at investors@arnocap.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us: when you use the contact form, the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and message, are used to compose an email to us. If you are an Arno client, we process the email address you use to access the client portal.

Information collected automatically: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to operate the site. We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use your information, and our legal bases

We use personal data to respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request, to operate, secure, and improve the site, and to provide the client portal. Depending on the situation, our legal basis is the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running the business, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies, for client-portal sign-in and security. We store your language and cookie-consent preferences in your browser's local storage. See our Cookie Policy for detail. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the site, including website hosting (Vercel), authentication and database services (Supabase), and map imagery (OpenStreetMap and CARTO). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

International transfers

Arno Capital operates in the United States and Spain, so your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email investors@arnocap.com. Residents of the EU and the UK may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the most recent version.
