Javier brings 15+ years of experience as a real estate investor and small business operator. He’s advised family offices, led turnarounds, and helped founders navigate exits and expansions. Javier leads Arno’s business acquisition strategy and oversees real estate investments across the U.S. and Spain.

Director

Fabiola specializes in operational excellence and financial systems. With a background in accounting, corporate finance and entrepreneurship, she supports portfolio companies during transitions, from integrating financial controls to scaling teams and infrastructure.
